Research Interests

I am focusing on phenotype-genotype correlations and phylogenomics in apicomplexan parasites. I am particularly interested in studying the genotype-phenotype relationships of several isolates of the parasite Plasmodium vinckei, a relatively under used rodent malaria parasite isolated from different parts of Africa.
