Research Interests

I am focusing on bioinformatics analysis of host-pathogen interaction datasets in P. falciparum as well as developing methods for integration of various types of ‘omics’ datasets as constraints for metabolic models.​ I am interested in studying biological interactions using a systems biology approach.
