Research Interests

I am focusing on studying core-genes set that are responsible for infection of Mycobacteria riyadhense using a random transposon directed insertion sequencing technique (TraDIS) by infecting this strain with human and mouse cell lines then sequence it using next generation sequencing (Illumina).
