Research Interests
My research interests are Genomics and infectiology. My Ph.D. thesis project was to Identify TGF-B-targets genes that are down-regulated upon attenuation of virulence of T. annulata-infected macrophages and try to elucidate the mechanism by which TGF-bta regulates invasiveness of Theileria-infected macrophages.
